Sue Kauth, President and Owner of Resolutions Advisory Group, LLC has worked in the hospital and managed care industries in key roles including: Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Compliance.

Prior to founding Resolutions Advisory Group, Sue served as Vice President of Compliance with CoreSource, Inc. CoreSource is one of the nation’s largest third party administrators, with offices in 9 locations servicing 700 employers and over 350,000 employees. Sue joined CoreSource in 1994 as the Controller for the Indiana service center.

During her 14-year tenure, she served in several roles, spearheading key initiatives such as HIPAA Privacy, Medicare Part D product development and DOL Claim Regulations. She also served as the subject matter expert for CoreSource on ERISA and other federal laws and regulations associated with group health plans. Prior to joining CoreSource, Sue was the Chief Financial Officer for Arbor Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Years of experience, proven results and expert knowledge make Sue the perfect resource for your consulting needs. She can advise on all areas of self-funded group health plans, including ERISA compliance and other government regulations, fiduciary liability, operational efficiencies, product development and dispute resolution.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and a Master of Business Administration, both from Saint Francis College in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Professional affiliations include membership in Indiana Benefits Conference and Executive Women in Health Care. She is also a member of the Community Involvement Committee. During Sue’s tenure at CoreSource, she was an active participant in the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators.
